No not at all! Our design services, in partnership with CAUKIN Studio, are there if they are required but only if required. If you have a small scale project or even a design already, we can work within those parameters. We offer flexible pricing based on project type and complexity, with this we can also discuss payment schedules if required. After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs. This quote will include the cost of labour, hire equipment and materials. If permits are required, these will be discussed with you ahead of time.

Our payment processes follow a tiered system, with projects falling somewhere between Tier 1 and 5.

For Tiers 1-3 (project values up to £6,000) the structure would be 25% mobilisation deposit and 75% at completion.

For Tier 4 (project values £6,001 – £12,000) there is a a 25% mobilisation deposit, with 37.5% on the midpoint and 37.5% on completion.

For Tier 5 (project values over £12,001) there is a sliding scale of mobilisation deposit fees (15%, 10% and 5%), a 30% midpoint fee, a 30% fee at 75% completion and a sliding scale on completion for the remaining amount.

Please note for all projects deposit funds are required no later than 5 working days before work commences.

We have an extensive network of other construction professionals in south Wales and the north west of England. When a project requires specific traders or skills, we are able to bring those trusted partners in and manage their delivery for you. If you have specific contacts already, we are happy to be introduced to them and see how we can work together.

As a general rule yes. We aim to make our quotes as simple and straightforward as possible, with no hidden costs. We want you to have full peace or mind, that the project will come within the budget that you have. On specific occasions, if you wish to structure the quote in a different way, in terms of the material purchasing, we are open to discussions around this.

As we are not currently VAT registered, we do not charge VAT on our quotes. Should this change we will inform you immediately.

Being such a small team, when we come out to discuss your project and quote up the work required, you can rest assured that it will be the same team that will then deliver that work. As a practice we are here to support you at every stage of the project, so you will always have a direct contact line to a company director.
